The screen display is divided into boxes that are out of order. Such as the start button is in the lower left of the top right quadrant and what should be at the top right quadrant is in the bottom left of the screen.
Rebooted a few times and then tried another video card (from same type computer but older). Got the same results only in a bigger size.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? Seems like if it was the video card that it wouldn't do the same thing with the older card. Is the monitor toast?

Appreciate any clue you can give us.
