Hi all.
I have the huawei E160G mobile modem and i'm using it for my prepaid account to access the internet.

Anyway...If a "dialer program "is downloaded into my computer..can it use my 3 prepaid broadband modem(huawei E160G) to dial a telephone number?

A few years back..when I was on dial-up, my parents were billed $160 for a 1900 call and it was made by our computer's dial-up modem.... hijacked by those dialers.
remember those dialers !!????!!



the "3" prepaid modem is the only modem i have and my computer has no dial-up modem.

So is the HUAWEI modem capable of dialing a phone number like a "Dial-Up" modem can...... or is it like a adsl modem and it cant.
