We got a new computer and son decided that resolution was not sharp enough..he changed and now we have input signal out of range... I want to go to system repair to fix?!? but the machine when it comes up is too fast for me to grab anything...

We got a new computer and son decided that resolution was not sharp enough..he changed and now we have input signal out of range...

I want to go to system repair to fix?!? but the machine when it comes up is too fast for me to grab anything before it gives me black screen and a box with the need this resolution box .....but no way to access!!! then goes into sleep mode.

I am on my other computer asking for HELP!!!!! tHE TECH GUY WHO TOLD ME YESTERDAY MY COMPUTER WHICH THIS ONE REPLACED, WAS DEAD IN THE WATER...HE IS WILLING TO COME BACK TOMORROW AND FIX THE PROBLEM FOR $80...CAN WE DO A LITTLE BETTER HERE?....THANKS, SHENE
