Hi, i have an external or mobile hard drive, it is a Rock 3.5" mobile drive to be specific. It was working just fine, then one day my screen froze up, and once i got that all running, the drive no longer works. I have tried hooking it up to another computer and it doesnt work there either. What happens is the light comes on, it sounds like it is trying, on the other computer it was recognized, it loaded the device driver successfully, but then the drive just stops. When i go into device manager, it wasnt there. Nor in my computer. so then i unplugged it, opened device manager to see what happens when i first plug it in and turn it on. It basically appears on device manager for a second, then is gone again.
Any ideas?
