Hey all,

I just picked up a new video card for the computer- a PowerColor X1650 Pro 512 - AGP (feel free to make fun of me for being too broke to afford one of the actual ATI ones). The issue I'm having is that the drivers REFUSE to load- when I check under "custom install" the only option is "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0!"

The card seems to have no hardware problems, and I really, really don't want to have to RMA this for a lousy driver installation CD, On the other hand, though, my net connection isn't up to the task of downloading the 85 MB driver on PowerColor's site.

Does anybody have any insights on possibly getting the necessary .CABs, .INFs, and .DLLs into Windows and getting them registered so that I can stop having a ___ on ___ display setting, and be able to actually use my graphics-heavy programs?
