I have 3 kits of ddr3 dual channel. How would one go about installing this in a evga x58? There are 6 dimm slots, should i put them in any special order or spot? Right now, i just put each kit side by side... i can boot and everything, it registers...
I have 3 kits of ddr3 dual channel. How would one go about installing this in a evga x58? There are 6 dimm slots, should i put them in any special order or spot? Right now, i just put each kit side by side... i can boot and everything, it registers as 6 gb, however would there be a special way to do it?
Also, the evga x58 has dual gigabit lan, (i use wireless) If i were to use one of my routers to create a bridge (repeater?). Would i be able to hook up a Ethernet cable to the said router and connect it to my computer? Then since its dual gigabit, hook up a second Ethernet?
Also, wireless N draft? 300 mbps? Is it really 300? My wired is only 100, and normal wireless is only 54... is 300 even possible?
