I had to replace my old and crappy router with a new one and now I'm with D-Link WBR-2310. I have one wired desktop with XP SP2, one notebook with XP SP2 and one iTouch with 2.2.
I had no problems with setting up the configuration as a whole, but it just disappears as a wireless network. It does that randomly, and when I cannot detect it neither by the laptop nor with the iPod, the wired computer remains undisturbed and connected to the WAN no problem.
When I go to the D-Link website of the router, I just click on "Save Settings" (without changing anything), the router resets and miraculously, everything is back to normal, wireless working perfectly. I find that funny.
Does anyone know how to stop my router from having its random periods? What, we have women, now its technology's turn to go to the dark side?
