Hi, first of all thanks for the help, and I attached a full Everest report for my system. (tell me if you need a different report...)

Here is the situation:

I have this computer for +/- 3 years and this problem occured about 6 months ago. I first noticed it when I left my computer running and when I came back (1-2 hours later), it was restarting by itself. It just lets the screen open and then restarts over and over again. Sometimes it's gonna keep looping, or other times (when I shutdown and restart it myself) it's gonna loop 4-5 times and then give me the "Overclocking Failed! Please enter Setup to re-configure your system.
Press F1 to Run SETUP
Press F2 to load default values and continue"

So I press F2, then I can use the computer, but it can then randomly shutdown and redo the auto restart again. I'm not doing anything specific when it shutdowns, sometimes it can take 15 min or 3 hours before it shutsdown.

Things I tried:
-Reformat: I keep having the same problem;
-Memtest: No errors;
-I ran Avast, spybot, etc.: No virus or spyware, etc.;

- I replaced the Cmos Battery and a strange thing happened when doing so: After changing the battery and resetting date&time, The computer worked great, I could manually restart my cpu without having the error msg or loop problem, I tested it all night and it never gave me any problem. But the next moring I tried again and it gave me the same error message...and now I have the same problem (so I'm guessing something is killing my cmos battery, but i'm no expert so.....)

Now I don't know what to do... Get a new motherboard, powersupply and like the title says: "Plug and Pray..." but I this is like buying a new cpu so before doing so, I would like to know if anybody has ideas or ways to troubleshoot this to find the specific reason of my problem.
