Basically I have reicieved a new PC with a number of components missing. Therefore I took them out of a spare PC and got it up and running. Recently I have upgraded some components so I was able to replace the old ones i took out. However it is no longer working. I have changed a few things since i last got it working and I'm going to try some stuff now. first of all the PSU has been downgraded from 350W to 235W and the hard drive and disk drive has been switched. I turned the computer on and the green led and red led stay solid and there is no beep codes or anything at all. the monitor also reads no video input. Another problem is i hold the power button for ages but it does not turn off. I was thinking is it to underpowered? or have a fried the motherboard as i slipped with the screwdriver and caught the back of the motherboard I'll try switching the old PSU and see how that goes. If you need the specs i shall find them.
