I just had FIOS put in, but I was not here when it was isntalled. I am having trouble logging into the MI424WR modem/router that Verizon provides you. It seems the installer set a user name and password, which I do not have. I thought resetting...

I just had FIOS put in, but I was not here when it was isntalled. I am having trouble logging into the MI424WR modem/router that Verizon provides you. It seems the installer set a user name and password, which I do not have. I thought resetting and/or completely powering down the router and turning it back on would wipe and user accounts and passwords and bring the unit back to default settings? I have reset this router and have also completely powered it off, but I still havn't wiped the account and password and I can't figure out what to do here.
