I am having major problems with my internet at the moment. basically i cannot connect to any windows websites... i have found solutions but it requires me to download things which i cannot do as i can not connect to any windows websites. when...

basically i cannot connect to any windows websites... i have found solutions but it requires me to download things which i cannot do as i can not connect to any windows websites.

when i try to access windows messenger live it comes up with a message...

"We can not sign you into windows live messenger"

"error code: 80040154"

some one please help me!!!
