AMD Phenom 2 X4 940 3.0Ghz Black Edition Quad Core (274.99$)

or

AMD Phenom II 2.8Ghz (227.99) ( that one is a little cheaper then black eddtion, will i notice a differnce?)

or

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfeild 2.4Ghz (235.99$)

they are all in my price rage, which one would be the best buy for gaming. or if you could tell me a better one in that price range that would be good, thanks.
