I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to this this stuff, but I do know you can't just stick some fancy new $500 graphics card into any old cpu and get your desired results. From reading previous posts on the topic, sounds like motherboard and RAM are the two main factors in determining how far up the Graphics Card ladder you can go....
I'm not looking to go too far, maybe high end 8 series.. is that reasonable?
Thanks a bunch....
