I have a brand new (2 day old) PC, (specs are in my profile if you need them) so obviously one of the very first things I did was to install all of Window's Updates ... and I installed an optional update named: "ATI Technologies Inc. - Display - ATI...

I have a brand new (2 day old) PC, (specs are in my profile if you need them) so obviously one of the very first things I did was to install all of Window's Updates ... and I installed an optional update named: "ATI Technologies Inc. - Display - ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics".

At which point at every reboot I now get the following warning message:

Egypt.Com EnForum

I've read from older threads online it may be because .NET Framework isn't installed (yet), is it still dependent on that?

What's the best way to proceed? When it comes to hardware I don't have much experience, so help is greatly appreciated.
