Okay... I need help with a slight issue I'm having...

Here is the setup:

There are two buildings - a School and a Church.

The internet connection is in the Church, which has a T1 and outputting to a Cisco 2950 router.

I ran an ethernet line to the roof (using a switch as an ethernet extender), to a Airlink Wireless Access Point (with Bridge Mode capabilities). The antenna output is connected to a directional antenna aimed at the school (at the window where the other wireless access point and directional antenna are).

In the school, as I said, I have a directional antenna aimed at the directional antenna thats on the roof of the church. The antenna wire is connected to another Airlink wireless access point (bridge mode).

The ethernet output on the wireless access point is going to a 3com wireless router.

In the floor just below (had to use the 3com and additional wireless access point b/c it wasn't possible to run a cat-5 cable to the main distribution point of the school), I have an Airlink wireless access point set in Wireless Client mode (to receive wireless and convert it into wired).

The output feeds into an outlet (being used as a backfeed to the central distribution point in the school).

At the central distribution point of the school, I have the backfeed feeding a 4 port Linksys Gigabit switch.

I ran a speedtest at the output of the Cisco 2950 (at the internet source) and compared it with the speedtest results from the output of the Linksys switch - both matched. So we're good at this point.

In the ground floor of the school (the distribution point is on the 1st floor), is the school office. There is an 8 port hub connected to a line which feeds back to the main distribution point. I've connected the two and am having connection problems (the computers cant find an IP address - it keeps timing out).

Is there a limit or set order in which routers, hubs, switches must be connected? Can a hub be connected to a switch, or will that cause a traffic jam?

I also suspect possible foreign voltage on the line... I'll be checking for that tomorrow.

Additionally - does anyone know how to dedicate more bandwidth to certain port on a Cisco 2950? All ports are outputting 700-750kbps.

My fear is that multiple users in the school (this can range up to 12 people at once), might be having to split the measly 700-750kbps, and cause major speed issues.
