I was having problems with my computer so I decided to do a windows repair with the cd that came with my dell computer when I purchased it. Everything went fine until the activation screen. when i choose to active by internet and hit enter all I get is a blue screen. How can I activate if the blue screen is all I get. I am not given the option to active by phone.
