About an hour ago, I put the Windows XP Home Edition disc for a DELL computer into my CD-RW drive, to install windows xp on to my computer, as it reached 22-23%, the installer just stopped. So I restarted it multiple times and it stops at 22 or 23%...

About an hour ago, I put the Windows XP Home Edition disc for a DELL computer into my CD-RW drive, to install windows xp on to my computer, as it reached 22-23%, the installer just stopped. So I restarted it multiple times
and it stops at 22 or 23% each time.
