jTrying to transfer data from xp pc to vista pc using easy transfer cable. Transfer does take place but only transfers about 70 percent when it displays this error message. transfer cancelled because it cannot access this file because it is used by...

jTrying to transfer data from xp pc to vista pc using easy transfer cable. Transfer does take place but only transfers about 70 percent when it displays this error message. transfer cancelled because it cannot access this file because it is used by another process. the file goes like this C:\Documents and settings\all users\documents\recorded tv\tempRec\27b8d092-6d16.
How can I disable this file?? Would cleaning up the startup folder help??
