This will probably be an easy one: somehow I clicked on something and now the top toolbar in IE (Google, etc.) vanishes unless the mouse rolls over that area (top of screen.) How do i get back to having the top toolbars permanently locked there? (of course I tried clicking things on and off repeatedly, but I'm stumped. Why isn't this an obvious click on/off thing?)
