When my pc starts up I get the following message: *RTHDCPL ILLEGAL SYSTEM DLL RELOCATION. DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly..* What do I need to do to fix. I have no idea what this means or why...

When my pc starts up I get the following message:

RTHDCPL ILLEGAL SYSTEM DLL RELOCATION.

DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly..

What do I need to do to fix. I have no idea what this means or why it happened!
