Hi I have a HP Pavillion dv5170us Laptop with Windows XP Home+ SP3. Today around noon, I noticed my computer took more time than usual to logoff. I also restarted the computer and noticed that shutdown also took longer time. The problem seems to...

I have a HP Pavillion dv5170us Laptop with Windows XP Home+ SP3. Today around noon, I noticed my computer took more time than usual to logoff. I also restarted the computer and noticed that shutdown also took longer time. The problem seems to be Logging Off. The screen was on Logging off for around 45 sec and on Saving Settings for maybe 1 sec. I appreciate you assistance.
