I did a disc cleanup a few days ago, dumped my non-working AVG and installed Avast anti-virus, and since then am having a serious problem with being allowed onto my familiar favorite sites......GameHouse in particular!
It keeps showing at the bottom that this is a restricted site. I double-clicked on the restricted symbol as directions stated...went in and removed Gamehouse from the restricted sites.....checked the option "always allow cookies from this site"...and I just came from there, finding that it's still restricted and I can't download anything OR check my account on there!!
Is Avast causing all this? If so, how can I make it play nice?? I like Avast so far as superior to AVG, but not if it's causing me all these headaches.
Any advice gratefully welcomed!!
