My screen seems to have suddenly got too wide, I can only see half of the close button, and my scroll bar has disappeared and the clock on the taskbar is half missing as well. I have tried dragging it each direction but I can't seem to get it back...

My screen seems to have suddenly got too wide, I can only see half of the close button, and my scroll bar has disappeared and the clock on the taskbar is half missing as well.
I have tried dragging it each direction but I can't seem to get it back to normal.
I am using Windows XP
