I recently had to reformat the partition of my hard drive containing my OS (WinXPPro) due to a nasty redirect virus (compliments of a careless friend). The second partition was left intact and I am able to use all of my files, except some pictures which I had encrypted for some reason (using the built-in XP encryption).

So far I have the following solution:

However, in my limited computer knowledge I failed to do anything allowing me access to the encrypted files. Any help would be appreciated.
