Im on a Dell Inspiron 6400 with Windows XP SP3
My task bar keeps telling me that I have low Virtual Memory, and to fix it, it says that it will make the page bigger. Thats Ok. But then it does this every 5 minutes or so. My task manager at this moment tells me that my Page file is 3 GBs and is nearly full (80%) I am only using around 60% of my RAM (1 GB) Windows likes to shut off programs when it thinks theres no memory left. I checked my processes, and the RAM adds up fine, but If anything, the amount of Virtual memory being used by the same processes doesn't add up past 1 GB. So I don't think its a Memory leak from a program. Steam is at the top right now with 80 Mb of Virtual Memory which isnt very much. And since I wrote this, My page file used portion went from 2.6 GB to 3 GB in the course of a few minutes. Soon my Google chrome will get shutdown for not having enough memory, along with steam and MSN.
