I have just lost Outlook Express.
The program starts but will not connect to my ISP.
My broadband connection is working fine for Internet Explorer so I assume there is nothing wrong with my hardware.
Can anyone tell me, step by step, how to remove any faulty components and reinstall the data provided by my ISP.
I tried to rectify the problem using System Restore but this tells me it cannot return to my selected restore point. This is another difficulty I will have to return to.
