I have a user who is working from home connects to our HO over VPN then through a Citrix Server (MS Windows server 2003 sp2) they connect fine and there are no issues, but they need to print and they purchased an OKI B4540 MFP. The user has install the drivers on the local machine (Windows XP sp2) and printing is fine from the local machine. If they print from Citrix nothing happens, I can see the print jobs on the local citrix printer but they do not forward the print jobs to the local printer on the local machine. We have all home users using HP drivers or Citrix Universal Drivers and they have no issues as they are using HP printers. Can anyone help me with this issue?
