Trying to set up a coworker's Blackberry 8330 to sync up with her PC via Bluetooth. Her provider is Verizon. I've got a KB article off the BB site and it says that the Blackberry Desktop Manager sync software needs to use Native XP BT Drivers...
Trying to set up a coworker's Blackberry 8330 to sync up with her PC via Bluetooth.
Her provider is Verizon.
I've got a KB article off the BB site and it says that the Blackberry Desktop Manager sync software needs to use Native XP BT Drivers that is supplied in SP2. Her PC"s is relatively new and is running XP Pro SP3.
Apparently, in Control Panel there should be a Bluetooth Devices icon, but it isn't there.
I've also checked on my PC that is also XP Pro SP3 and I also don't have a BT icon in control panel.
The BB software won't work with 3rd party BT drivers (I'm using a Trendnet BT adapter that installs Widdcomm drivers) and I need to find a way to get the generic XP drivers.
Where can I find them?
