Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with windows XP, and today my computer needed to restart after automatically updating. So I restarted it and when i turned it back on the desktop was completely blank with only the wallpaper showing. I can use the computer if I hit "Ctrl, Alt, Delete" and then hit "file" and "new task" and just browse for the program that I want to run, but there aren't any icons or a start bar. Why did this happen and how can I fix this problem??
