So I got a Trojan a few days ago, took care of it. Got AdAware, along with a few other programs to run various checks and make sure I took care of this thing. I install AdAware and it asks me to restart. I didn't because I was working on some stuff. After I came back from lunch, I saved everything I had open and restarted the computer. It started up fine. I then started up AdAware and begun the scanning process. Being that I've used this before, I knew it would bog everything down. It did just that. my computer ended up freezing mid scan, so I just let it go. I left it alone because on previous occasions it just started running again. After 15 mins. it didn't, so I turned it off via power button. Now it won't start up.
When it fires up, it doesn't recognize my USB keyboard, or mouse. It will pickup the PS2 (?) connected keyboard. It goes to the screen where it says WINDOWS DIDNT SHUT DOWN PROPERLY blah, blah blah and I click start normally. it goes to the next screen where it has the Windows logo and the progress bar. then it just goes to a blank black screen. I tried the process again, except I tried booting up in safe mode. Nothing. the same exact thing happened. Can you help me?
Edit: i also tried booting it in the last known good condition or whatever it says.
