It is possible to have 2 user accounts and have one in a different language? This is on a Dell Inspiron E1405 Laptop Using Windows XP Home. And Is it possible to make an Exact copy of the user account desktops? I want the same icons and programs...

It is possible to have 2 user accounts and have one in a different language? This is on a Dell Inspiron E1405 Laptop Using Windows XP Home. And Is it possible to make an Exact copy of the user account desktops? I want the same icons and programs available on each screen.. just one of the them i need to be bilingual? Can someone out there let me know if this can even be done ? Thanks! SassiiX
