I got 5.0 messenger. I downloaded 6.0 version which says that it will work in sp2,. But when I install it and try to sign in: it asks me if i want to download newest version. When I refuse; it will not let me log in. I do not like sp2 because you lose to many things that you can do on media player 9 and movie maker. How do i get around the upgrade screen??/ I tried to look for check boxes in options but htere wewre none that said check for updates.
