Over the last several months I have seen members sending others to the Malware forum. This is ok except that lately they don't get all the facts before posting " quite often it can be a sign of nasties on the machine. You might need to post a HJT log in the malware forum. " This was posted after the owner of the thread posted one time about System Restore . Sending this person to the Malware sections does 2 things . First the techs have their hands full with real nasty problems and 2 because they are so busy it will take time to even read the post and determine that it isn't a Malware problem.
I feel that we should get a bit more information before sending anyone to Malware as there are many good techs in the other sections that may be able to deal with the problem.
