so i had some wicked spyware or malware (i really don't know the difference) on my work computer. i used superantispyware and malwarebytes' anti-malware to get rid of all the bad stuff and now for some reason my internet connection says it is...

so i had some wicked spyware or malware (i really don't know the difference) on my work computer. i used superantispyware and malwarebytes' anti-malware to get rid of all the bad stuff and now for some reason my internet connection says it is connected but isn't transferring any information.

so this computer was built by my girlfriends brother a while back so i need to know how to find the system info in XP so i can try to reinstall the drivers. my guess is that the driver for my ethernet controller was corrupted. if anyone has any other suggestions i would really appreciate it.

PS i know i didn't give you guys too much to work with but i don't really know where to get the info or what info is needed. just tell me what you need and i will get it if possible.
