Internet expoloer (V7) will not open. Can connect to internet via MSN messenger, but cannot open browser pages. When I try using the Internet Connection Wizard I get the following message: The sign-in portion of the Internet Connection Wizard...

Internet expoloer (V7) will not open. Can connect to internet via MSN messenger, but cannot open browser pages. When I try using the Internet Connection Wizard I get the following message:

The sign-in portion of the Internet Connection Wizard cannot be started using 'ISIGNUP.EXE'. To start the Inertnet Connection Wizard, click the Connection Wizard icon on the Start menu.

Laptop ACER Aspire 5100, windows XP (sp3).

Any thoughts would be appreciated. All was running fine last time I used.
