I desperately need some help, this is a long story but here goes.......

A couple of days ago, I booted-up my laptop and after the Windows XP loading screen, I got a horrifying Blue Screen which had the number 0x00000025. Re-booting would not work, I could not get into Safe Mode, nothing a tried worked until I found a suggestion to load Windows Recovery Console (I was using another PC to search the net for suggestions), I loaded this and recovered the system (entered CHKDSK) and then I finally got through to my desktop screen. Since then, I have had another Blue Screen interupting me in mid internet searching (on the Blue Screen subject) with a different 0x0000008e code.

I downloaded Free Registry Cleaner to see if that could fix the problem. The 0x0000008e Blue Screen has popped up once since then but has not bothered me for about 2 hours now, so no idea if it has worked or not

I had some sort of bogus Antivirus spyware that was called Antivirus XP Pro 2009 and I managed to get rid of it.

I have now found that I can only open Safari as my IE has been hijacked by something telling me I have 13 Trojens and keeps diverting me to random pages. I cannot get rid of it.

I have ran McAfree Antivirus Scan (found 2 Trojens), Ad-Aware (found loads a junk), Spybot (found about 6) and Windows Defender (done sod all).

Can someone please tell me what is going on with the Blue Screens? I understand a bit about them now but I fear this is a bigger problems then the infestation of virus and spyware.

....and how the hell do I get rid of this thing that has attached itself to my IE?
