Hi people. I am very new at this so please be gentle with me. I am having a lot of trouble getting into my browser. The only thing that seems to have changed lately is an unwanted update to my Google Toolbar. Since then I can still get into IE7 but with great difficultly. Double click on desktop icon, click on Browser from start menu or start bar. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, Also when I click on a link in an email same thing. Just seems to hang there doing nothing. I am using Google as my browser. I am running WIN XP Pro SP3 1500/256 speed . AVG Free 8.0 security if that means anything. Even deleted Cookies. No change. My computer is an old HP1740. Can anyone help PLEASE. Driving me batty.
