*I am* able to use Windows Update and my A/V software will do a manual update but both browsers will open but my home page (or any other url) will not load....should I run the ping command....ipconfig? or flush the dns....I have cleared all...

I am able to use Windows Update and my A/V software will do a manual update but both browsers will open but my home page (or any other url) will not load....should I run the ping command....ipconfig? or flush the dns....I have cleared all cookies/temp files in both browsers...no joy...and still no internet.

I havent reset my router (three computers are connected to it - 2 of them work, I does not)...should I reset the router/dsl connection...should I uninstall the NIC then reboot...?
I havent disabled my F/W...should I?
Obviously I'm not sure....please advise...thanks!
