My parents bought a bluetooth Dongle and I tried installing it, but after I installed the CD that came with it I saw that I don't have the option when I right click a file "Send To" -> "Bluetooth", so I went googling and couldn't find anything. ...

My parents bought a bluetooth Dongle and I tried installing it, but after I installed the CD that came with it I saw that I don't have the option when I right click a file "Send To" -> "Bluetooth", so I went googling and couldn't find anything.

Everywhere I go it says it should come with windows xp sp2 and I have windows xp Home sp3(upgraded for sp2).

so what's the problem?
