For the last few days whenever I logged in to Windows, I used to get a message at startup from Windows Script Host "Can not find C:\windows\system32\SemiAntivirus.vbs". It was surely very annoying and what I did was opened the registry editor and did a search on 'Semiantivirus.vbs' and deleted all entries that showed up.
Now whenever I try to login to Windows, I get logged in and then instantly get logged off as well. I tried logging in as Administrator, Guest, Safe Mode but nothing worked, Windows keeps on getting logged off in a second.
I do have a registry backup in my C: drive but there is no way right now that I can get to my C: drive. Also, I couldn't find a way of booting Windows in DOS mode. And reinstalling Windows is not an option for me as I do not have a Windows CD.
I am using Windows XP Pro (SP2)
Please help, without Windows I am totally crippled
