OK let's start from the beginning 2 weeks ago i got a virus...nothing big just when i clicked a google search result it took me back to the homepage of google. It was more irratating then anything so i decided to look into fixes. Upon searching online i found that other people just used smitfraud, and sdfix to clean it so i do that. Then as i went to log on to my computer (XP) it wouldn't boot up it just would go to a blue screen then log me out immeadiatly. Then i found more info on the web to just run a windows repair install so i did that after 3 days of finding the damn disc. Well as i went to do that i was getting stuck at 31 minutes left and i was getting extremely frustrated however your forums guided me through that problem and it was solved. Now the new windows is repaired so i'm so gitty and go to log on in and WHOLLA the problem is still there cannot log in. Just quick log off. As this point i don't mind losing all of my documents and doing a complete reformat if that's what it takes. Just if that is if you could guide me in the path of a good tutorial it's been awhile and the last one i did i messed up because i forgot to keep the cd drive active so i couldn't boot the disc. I don't have a floppy drive only 2 cd roms. Thank you in advance for all your help.
