Halo...! I just restarted my pc and i found that i cant access drive c:\ and d:\ I downloaded a Anti-Malware program and i did a scan with it.. And restarted again i found that it sloved my problem and i can access drive c:\ but now...

I just restarted my pc and i found that i cant access drive c:\ and d:\
I downloaded a Anti-Malware program and i did a scan with it..
And restarted again i found that it sloved my problem and i can access drive
c:\ but now there's another problem with D:\ when i double click it says :
resycled\ntldr.com is not a valid Win32 application.
I tried to right-click -> open, but it shows me :
D:\ is not a valid Win32 application.
So please help me to solve this i think there's something with the registry and i cant do format at the moment.... i also tried the commands fixboot and fixmbr in windows xp cd recovery conslone, I tried to scan again but theres nothing
