Hi,
can anyone advise me with this problem please.
I download an ISO file to make an installation disk for Windows XP pro (corporate version) which went fine so I decided to try it out on another machine, I removed the existing XP system off of the laptop using Nuke and Boot disk then inserted the made up windows pro installation disk, all goes fine till half way through but it wouldn't boot over to where the screen that shows the final installation screen the screen just goes blank?
I tried several other perfectly genuine installation disks and they all now do the same.
I am guessing that the made up windows pro has done some sort of damage but I'm at a loss now and cant reinstall any system to the laptop. Any advice will be most welcome apart from the obvious that I shouldn't have downloaded that ISO for a free version of Windows Pro.
