My folders are no longer associated with explorer.exe, and the Open With dialog doesn't let you choose "Always use the selected application to open this kind of file" on things with no extension. Anyone able to help?

My folders are no longer associated with explorer.exe, and the Open With dialog doesn't let you choose "Always use the selected application to open this kind of file" on things with no extension.
