I am having trouble starting my PC. It gives the error "Fail to load msgina.dll. Contact System Admin. to replace the file", something like this.
I cannot boot even in safe mode or by command prompt. My XP setup CD loads the files, but after completing loading its files, it restarts without continuing the setup. So I cannot repair my XP files.
How can I replace or restore 'msgina.dll' file from my XP CD to the System folder?
