Hi everyone, I recently upgraded my old pc with Intel Pendtium Dual cpu E2200 2.0 GB RAM INTEL G33/G31 Express...





Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded my old pc with
Intel Pendtium Dual cpu E2200
2.0 GB RAM
INTEL G33/G31 Express Chip family(DG31GL)
160 GB SATA HDD
OS : Win xp Professional sp-2
It is a brand new computer, excluding the monitor and the cabinet

When ever I turn my computer on , I get two messages as shown above
And after clicking on OK, I will get another one as below



I tried to open MSCONFIG, something just flashed and went away
Then I went to safemode and disabled the startup items…still the same screen pop up when I log on….i have Norton latest version in the computer

Also when I connect a flash drive, I will see an extra icon per folder
For example, if there is a folder by name “George” , I will get another Folder “George.exe”, what ever the folder I open I will get an application folder in it
If we delete it , it will reappear with in seconds

I suppose both of them are viruses… i really hope I could get rid of this with anyone of ur help, also I need suggestions regarding the do’s and don’t’s of PC
