Alright,
i really really really need to reinstall XP on my old laptop. Ive got the boot disks for XP home and pro. Now the issue is, my computer's CD drive is broken, and by broken, i mean it got ripped apart, bent, and removed completely out of the housing (breaking the ribbon wire) by a 10 year old girl who was frustrated when it didnt play her music...
So anyways, i need to reinstall XP without the use of a floppy disk or CD drive. Im usually pretty good with computers, but networking is my downfall.
My setup:
Dell Inspiron 8100 (yeah, i know its old)
Running XP pro, trying to reinstall XP home.
I also have:
Hommade comp with vista 32 bit Home Premium
Dell latitude with XP Pro
D9100 with XP pro
old other dell with XP pro
Really really old comp running linux
These are all setup on a home network.
Thanks in advance!
