I was trying to clean up my computer when I opened my documents and setting folder and there all 11 sets of folders and I want to know if any of them can be safely deleted. the ones used most are Deborah, Luther, Lorenzo it also shows, all...

I was trying to clean up my computer when I opened my documents and setting folder and there all 11 sets of folders and I want to know if any of them can be safely deleted.

I am worried about deleting something that might damage my computer.
