I'm using Windows XP in an embedded application. The power supply used does not support any control from the CPU or whatever.

That is why I need to desactivate the poweroff function when i shutdown the computer, and want to have the message 'it is safe to turn off your computer now'.

I tried to do some modifications (registry) like suggested on the web, but nothing worked until now. Do you have any suggestions??
