So long story short i deleted the file from the system32 folder. Its gone. I have my windows xp disk, with the recovery tool on it, but have no idea how to remedy the situation i have placed myself into. Would anyone be willing to guide me on the proper procedure in restoring my computer to the way it was?

Additionally, i cant log on any of the accounts at all. No safe mode, no anything from that menu. So thats out the window.
